Are you Eligible?

If you have missed an enrollment period, you can still be eligible to join or enroll under special circumstances.  Here is a list of examples:

• Recently became eligible for Medicare and Medicaid
• Were enrolled in a plan and recently moved
• Entered a nursing home
• Have a low income
• Involuntarily lost prescription drug coverage
• Discharged from a nursing home
• Disenrolled from an employer’s group health plan
