Certified Nurse Practitioner
Marie Quaschnick, a certified nurse practitioner, is now providing services to the area business community through Avera St. Luke’s Business Health Clinic in Aberdeen, SD. She provides pre-employment and DOT physicals, work-related injury care services for non-life threatening injuries, and drug and alcohol services.
Quaschnick, who has been working in the Mobridge area, has 30 years of experience in the health care field. She has worked in nursing, infection control, as a community health nursing supervisor and as a nurse practitioner. She was an associate professor, interim director and coordinator of the nursing program at Presentation College' s Lakota Campus in Eagle Butte. She holds an associate degree in nursing from PC, a baccalaureate degree in nursing from South Dakota State University in Brookings, and a master’s degree in nursing education from the University of Mary at Bismarck, N.D. She has earned certification as both a family and geriatric nurse practitioner.
